Edit... will take a list but sold out of asparagus for today🙏 The abundance is slowly increasing! I've never seen the asparagus come on this fast and strong though! If you have a craving for fresh asparagus, chives, lemon balm or VERY limited quantities of free range eggs send me a message. Theres a chance I may be in your area this week and could meet you at a convenient spot or farm gate pickup can be arranged! I can also bring along pre orders of soapery products if you are in need 🙂

Prepare to be spammed by asparagus dishes! With the addition of some local beef tenderloin with a spicy rub and spinach and self seeded lettuce from the hoophouse with a balsamic dressing! Love this time of year! #scotiandiet

Well Covid projects have all but ceased on my end

Well Covid projects have all but ceased on my end this week as the virus has finally taken all but most of my energy! It's terrible timing as Spring has really kicked into high gear and I'm already harvesting a couple pounds a day of asparagus and have much planting and pruning to do but alas I need to listen to my body!
Leaving you with some blooms around the farm today, those peach and cherry blossoms tho! Just in time for the hummingbird I saw hovering at the window today!
